Business hours are Monday through Thursday, 9am to 5pm Eastern. Inquiries submitted outside these hours will receive a response within 2 hours of the next business day opening. Friday and Sunday appointment hours do not apply to this service.
All inquiries are reviewed and responded to by licensed healthcare providers on our clinical team—including physicians (MD/DO) and nurse practitioners—who have access to your complete health record. You'll receive personalized guidance based on your specific health history and current care plan.
If we determine your question requires a physical examination or more extensive consultation, we'll let you know in our response and help you schedule an appropriate appointment. In such cases, we'll apply your inquiry fee as a credit toward that appointment.
Quick Question ($35) is ideal for simple yes/no clarifications or single-topic questions. Standard Inquiry ($75) works for more complex questions requiring chart review. Comprehensive Review ($150) is best when you have multiple related questions or need in-depth analysis. If you're unsure, start with Standard—we'll refund the difference if a Quick Question would have sufficed.
Brief clarifying questions about a response you just received can often be addressed at no additional charge within 24 hours. New questions or significantly expanded inquiries would require a new submission. When in doubt, reach out—we're here to help.
