Getting started with Genesis Health
Becoming a patient is simple. You can book your initial consultation online or call us at (212) 644-9100. During your first visit, we’ll conduct a comprehensive 60–90 minute consultation to understand your health history, current concerns, and goals.
After your initial consultation, our team will recommend a personalized care plan and discuss membership options that fit your needs.
No, you do not need a referral to become a patient at Genesis Health. You can schedule directly with us. However, we encourage you to bring any relevant medical records, recent lab results, or documentation from other providers to help us understand your complete health picture.
Please bring the following to your initial consultation:
Don’t worry if you don’t have all your records—we can request them from other providers with your authorization.
Your initial consultation is 60–90 minutes. This extended time allows us to thoroughly understand your health history, lifestyle factors, symptoms, and goals. We believe in unhurried appointments where you have time to share your full story and ask questions.
The Genesis Difference: Unlike typical 15-minute appointments, we take the time to truly listen and understand the root causes affecting your health.
Yes! If you’d like to learn more about our approach before committing to an appointment, we offer complimentary discovery calls. During this brief call, you can ask questions about our services, discuss whether Genesis Health is the right fit for your needs, and learn about membership options.
Call us at (212) 644-9100 or contact us online to schedule a discovery call.
Wait times vary depending on provider availability and your scheduling preferences. We typically can accommodate new patient appointments within 1–2 weeks. Sunday appointments tend to book further in advance due to high demand from busy professionals.
For the most current availability, please check our online booking system or call our office.
No, you’re not required to commit to membership immediately. You can complete your initial consultation and any recommended testing before deciding on a membership tier. Many patients choose to experience our care firsthand before selecting the membership level that best fits their needs.
Our team will explain all membership options and help you choose the right fit after your consultation.

Learn about our functional medicine and wellness offerings
Functional medicine is a personalized, science-based approach that explores the interconnected systems influencing your wellbeing—including genetics, environment, and lifestyle. Rather than just treating symptoms, we investigate the underlying factors affecting your health.
Our approach considers the whole person: we evaluate how your body systems work together and identify root causes rather than prescribing one-size-fits-all solutions.
Our comprehensive services include:
Schedule a consultation to discuss which services may be right for you.
No, Genesis Health does not offer Botox. Our aesthetics philosophy focuses on regenerative approaches that support natural-looking enhancement and long-term vitality rather than neurotoxin-based treatments.
Our aesthetics services include hair restoration (PRP, low-level laser) and feminine wellness (non-surgical options). We believe in subtle refinement that helps you look refreshed, not “done.”
Our exclusive AI-powered hair restoration tracking system uses advanced imaging technology to precisely measure your progress at every session. Unlike subjective before-and-after photos, our AI analyzes:
These metrics are compared to your baseline and displayed in your patient portal, so you can see objective data on your improvement rather than relying on visual impressions alone.
We offer comprehensive diagnostic testing that goes beyond standard panels, including:
Your provider will recommend specific testing based on your symptoms, health history, and goals.
Yes, we offer virtual consultations for certain appointments, particularly follow-up visits and results reviews. However, initial new patient consultations and services requiring physical examination or procedures must be conducted in person at our Madison Avenue office.
Virtual appointments are conducted through our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
